Payment in full is required the day before your appointment. Fees are charged to the credit card provided on the intake form (processing fees apply). We required a minimum of 24hrs notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment otherwise the full fee is payable. 

 

Rebates

No rebates apply however unlimited sessions can be scheduled in a calendar year and there are no wait lists. Psychology services at Psychwise Clinic are located on level 1 and accept mental health care plans and provide rebates.
